Sotomayor overturned again

Are you kidding me. The Supremes overturned the ruling in the fire fighters case involving Ricci and his fellow testers. The headlines read "White Fire fighters win Supreme court case." The White House said that the ruling shows Sotomayor is not an
activist...right. and I'm not sitting here wanting to throw up.

I understand there were a couple of Hispanics tested, too, but I guess they were white Hispanics. I'll vent more later, and include cap and tax...maybe a little hate crime opinion too.
