No God & Country under this regime

Couldn't believe an e-mail I got from a friend last night. Apparently, a Fly-over, which has been going on for 42 years, wasn't allowed this year, under the HO's thumb.

Here's a link to the report by Fox on you-tube.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVxwb58XfZA

Talk about audacity and arrogance...this is the epitome. We can't change houses too soon. I and everyone I know can't wait for 2010.

Conversation turned to, of all things, HObamaScare this morning, at the coffee shop.
Several of us, mostly known to each other, were going on about what we thought about that and HO as well. It wasn't pretty. We were pulling no punches, and there were even a couple of strangers chiming in as well.

We're normally a little more reserved around folks if we don't know them...not this morning. There was one little, I say little, he was maybe 220--quite chubby, but he kept his eyes on his computer screen and never said a word.

Finally, he got up and left. Never did say anything. I figure he e-mailed HO, and had us all added to another list before he left.;~). I'm pretty sure most of us are on a list somewhere.

Next...who is it HO is going to fund while they drill off shore for oil? Brazil? I think that's right. Doesn't matter. Where the hell is he getting the money? We sure don't have any.

Back to the fly-over. My brother-in-law used to lead a flight that did just that at events all around the country. He's retired Air Force, and flew the lead plane, what I know as a Boeing 737. The Air Force had a different designation, of course. He may still do that. Fact is, soon as I post this, I send a query over. This is a picture of the
737 we're all familiar with...not the one he flies.

BTW, it seems the fly-over was canceled because of its "Christian" nature.?! As I recall, this country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. And, according to most polls I've seen lately, about 85% of us consider ourselves Christian.

It's time for HO to go.

Let's start the exodus in 2010 and build steam to 2012.

Speaking of steam, I'm steamed. But not so steamed that I forget this: I got a note from a friend inviting me to a Tea Party in Washington, on September 12. Sounds like fun, and I could probably mooch a place to stay off a relative, but that's also my anniversary, and while my bride is 100% for changing so-called leadership in DC, I think we'll have more fun being on our own.

If you haven't already heard about it, I'm sure you will. Check it out.

Later.
