Save us from congress and HO

Mostly, over the weekend, I did my best to avoid all the Kennedy crappola. Just because he was capable of stabbing you in the back while he smiled and shook your hand, doesn't make him any kind of hero to me. I almost couldn't believe it today, when I heard on Rush's show, that they had his youngest relative (female) reading something at the service, invoking the Lord to grant certain favors to the healthcare
bill...I didn't hear all of the clip, but enough to turn my stomach.

And, if that weren't enough, they're going after the CIA again. Oh, and all the while, HO is vacationing in the Vineyard. Can you believe that? Of course, he can vacation where ever he pleases, but does he have to pick the most expensive, whitest place he can find? I guess I should be glad he's spending our money over here, instead of across the pond. Probably saves us a dime or two, overall. I guess he wanted to go somewhere he could take the whole family.

You've probably heard by now, that he wants to be able to shut down the internet, for security purposes. I'm sure that security would be securing the re-election of himself and his cronies to office. From what I've read, they haven't had great success with their own security...why should we let them have anything whatsoever to do with the internet or ours. Remember the famous CARS program. Apparently, there was a caveat that let them take over anyone's computer who had the audacity to go to the website for information. They would take over control of your computer.

I don't remember what brought this on, but today, I think it was Glen Beck, he played an excerpt from when the black congressional caucus went to Cuba to meet with Fidel. (BTW, is there a White Congressional Caucus?)You remember? They thought Castro was such a great guy...humanitarian and gentleman, not to mention brilliant and caring. Beck played an interview with some black female, who said the people in Cuba had it great...as good as people in her district,Glen chimed in. I don't remember her name, but then he played the interview with Bob Rush. Wow. I really wondered how that gem ever got elected, but then I realized it was by a constituency of his peers. That's actually scary. He may be the brightest of them all.
But then I remember Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Pelosi, Reid, and so I have to think he's just another one of he boys.

We really, really need to change the guard, starting in 2010. If we don't, it may be too late by 2012.

Come on 2010.

PS: I wonder if HO finished reading "The Post American World", written by one of his muslim buddies.
