Don't make Reid a Martyr

Seems like everyone wants dirty hairy Reid to resign...at least everyone I've heard talking about his so-called scandalous derogatory comment about HO.

For what it's worth, I recommend leaving him right where he is. I want everyone to remember this sob when it comes time to vote this fall. Let's not make a martyr for the dems to cry about during the campaigns. Can't you see it all now?...How he was so distraught over his "mis-speak" that he resigned rather than bring disgrace to the entire party.

The media will have a field day. By the time the elections roll around, Reid will be a saint in their minds...he might even be another Kennedy.

Speaking of Kennedy, let's hope the voters in MA are smarter than they've been the last 40 years, and send someone to DC who will try to do something according to the Constitution.

Back to dirty hairy. Some of my friends think that what Bill C said about HO, re: the coffee delivery service, was worse than what dirty hairy reid said. Could be, but brother Clinton is not in office now, so they're leaving him be. Wouldn't be that way if Bush had said anything remotely close to what either of them said. But you all know that without my saying anything.

Let's keep dirty hairy around. It will be more fun to see him voted out than to have him thrown out. The people of Utah, not to mention the rest of us, deserve that much, at least. We all may be paying dearly for having had him, for years to come.
