Headlines and Duct Tape

The more I read today's headlines, the more I understand Glenn Beck's call for 'Duct Tape'. These headlines really can make your head want to EXPLODE!

I just read a few on the CNSNews.com mail in my inbox. They range from one on the current nominee for TSA head, and I quote: "Global Warming Merits ‘Some Parity’ With War on Terror". I know, they say the period should go inside the quote. Well, that's new...I was taught only when it's part of the quote.

Another headline: "More than 600,000 on Massachusetts Voter Rolls Had Died or Moved, Nonpartisan Analysis Discovered" That's good to know, when one of the most important votes of the year may be taking place today, in Massachusetts...you know, the one for Swimmer Kennedy's seat.

Then there was this headline on CNSNews.com, still, from John Kerry--he was in Vietnam, remember?..."Sen. John Kerry Invokes ‘Dangerous Atmosphere’ of Sarah Palin’s Campaign Rallies" Yeah, I'm so afraid to go to a Sarah Palin rally.

Then there was this :"TSA Nominee: ‘We Will Never Win’ War on Terror, But Can ‘Contain Terrorism'"...again, from Southers. I wonder where HO finds all these nominees. Has he had one who was not a pinko-commie-egg-sucking-dog-libocat, as one of my talk hero's used to say...I'm paraphrasing here, but the Black Avenger didn't pull any punches. I sure wish Ken Hamblin was still on the air.

I haven't saved the best for last, it's just as they came from CNS...also attributed to that tower of intellect nominated by another brilliant mind,:"TSA Nominee Sees Domestic Threat in 'Christian-Identity' Groups".
